Combinations responsible for eye disease: -

1. If 2nd house, 2nd Lord and Sun afflicted, then it represents problem in right eye.

2. If 12th house, 12th Lord and Moon afflicted, then it represents problem in left eye.

3. 2nd lord afflicted by 6th Lord represents disease in left eye and 12th Lord afflicted by 6th lord represents disease in right eye.

4. 2nd lord Or 12th lord present in 6th house or 6th Lord present in 2nd house or 12th house represents eye disease.

5. Sun is afflicted by Saturn represents problem in right eye and Moon is afflicted by Saturn represents problem in left eye.

6. Combust Venus represents eye disease also.

7. Afflicted Sun/Moon represents eye disease.

2. During Sun-Saturn, Sun-Rahu Period.

6. Ascendant is damaged by Paap Kartari Dosha.

7. Ascendant is weak but Markesh is too strong- Negative factor

8. Ascendant, 4th house and Moon, all are afflicted by 6th lord (Negative factor)

9. At the time of born he was suffering from Rahu Period and Sun period with Saturn Sub sub period- Worst Period

So there are many negative factors present, which are responsible for eye blindness...
